A recent film on Amelia Earhart’s life and world record breaking flying achievements has been made. It is now nearly 73 years since her last flight when she crashed in tragic circumstances on an attempt to complete an around the world trip.
Even today, it is unusual for a woman to be a qualified pilot. Amelia set many aviation world records.
