Meet You At The Library

Just returned from our local library, where I got a few surprises. They were advertising group meetings on Scrabble and Cooking. Seems there is a change of polciy brought about by the competition from the internet. Librarians are scared that the numbers going to the library will fall as people find what they from computers at home.
I was asked to make a presentation on Amazing People and was pleased to accept. I also asked if I could borrow audio files. I was surpised to find how many there were and the fact that they are becoming as popular as books.
We will therefore produce more amazing people audios in 2011 to add to our great collection which you can see if you press the above link.
So, go to your library and find out what groups they have – it could become the best cafe in town.
